Warranty
Our products are covered under our standard 12-month warranty provided upon the transaction date. Each product is fully guaranteed by Udengo. Warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective parts. We will also gladly exchange defective products within 30 days of delivery date. After this period you need to use the warranty.
This warranty does not cover any damage to products that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, dust, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
Returns
Udengo offers 30 days return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Udengo within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Udengo can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
