The lightweight flashlight is equipped with a powerful CREE XP-L HD V6 LED, which generates a light output of 1000 lumens and a range of up to 180m. The body is made of durable, mottled aluminum with a matte surface that protects the flashlight from slipping out of your hand.

The Nitecore TUP allows the user to quickly switch between 5 brightness levels, and has direct access to Turbo mode. The flashlight is equipped with a small OLED screen that provides a range of important information such as brightness level, mode, lumens, battery status and runtime.

The technology used in the TUP flashlight, prevents accidental activation of the device. A special full lockout mode locks the switch and mode change button. To unlock the flashlight, simply hold down the switch for a long moment to use the TUP flashlight again.

The power supply is a 1200 mAh Li-Ion rechargeable battery, charged via USB cable.
