The Skylite Rapid is a lightweight and mobile 'butterfly' system, i.e. a frame on which a reflective or diffusion fabric is placed.

The kit allows for ideal lighting conditions during outdoor shoots, while taking up little space when folded.

The system can be configured in any way you like with additional accessories available for purchase separately.

The kit includes:

  • Skylite Rapid Small 1.1 x 1.1m frame (LL LR811)
  • Skylite Small 1.1 x 1.1m Silver / White fabric (LL LR81131R)
  • Diffuser Skylite Small 1.1 x 1.1m -1.25 EV (LL LR81107R)
  • Rigid bag 103 x 19 x 14 cm (LL LRCASE1025)

All frame components are connected to each other by elastic cords, making it easy to unfold and preventing individual parts from getting lost.

The fabrics are put on and pulled off with snap clips.

The rigid bag included protects the equipment from damage and makes transport and storage easier.

The system allows any configuration - a wide range of diffuse and reflective surfaces are available, as well as various frame sizes: 1.1 x 1.1m, 1.1 x 2m, 1.5 x 1.5m, 2 x 2m, 3 x 3m.

The frame can be attached to lighting tripods using the dedicated Manfrotto LL LA8446 grip head (available separately for purchase).
