The Essential Polarizing Filter improves overall image quality in several ways. First, it increases the contrast and color saturation, such as the contrast of the sky. Second, it reduces reflections that are often seen when photographing water, glass, and similar reflective surfaces. Manfrotto Essential Circular Polarizing Filter ensures even light distribution and therefore improves sharpness and color balance in images. The Essential CPL Filter is waterproof, scratch and oil resistant, has a 2-layer coating and transmits 68% of light. Multi-layer coating Each Manfrotto filter has been developed with the highest precision. The advanced layering process effectively minimizes reflections and maximizes light transmission, thus ensuring outstanding optical quality. The anti-glare property increases in parallel with the increase in the number of layers of the coating.
